It has come to my attention that platforms, networks, or publications under your control have engaged in repeated efforts to promote or encourage acts of political violence and civil disobedience in the wake of the decision of the United States Supreme Court to overturn Roe v. Wade.
It has also come to my attention that platforms, networks, or publications under your control have sought to delegitimize the United States Supreme Court and/or its duly appointed Justices. Or, you have allowed contributors and users to do so with reckless abandon.
It’s undeniable that the sensational propaganda your organization promotes under the guise of “news” coverage has done serious harm to the United States of America.
Already, violent mobs have taken to the streets and pregnancy centers and churches have been torched and vandalized.
Additionally, Supreme Court justices have been the victims of home invasions, chased out of restaurants, and one was targeted for assassination.
As a concerned American, I demand that you immediately cease and desist using platforms, networks, or publications under your control to encourage political violence, delegitimize Justices on the Supreme Court, or any further activities that could lead to violence perpetrated against duly appointed Justices of the Supreme Court. Your failure to comply could result in someone getting seriously hurt – or worse.

He planned to kill Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh.
The would-be killer had heard the leaked report that the United States Supreme Court would soon overturn Roe v. Wade.
You may wonder what happened to make this would-be assassin resort to such violence. Consider this coverage in the weeks leading up to this horrific assassination attempt:
# The Washington Post’s, Jennifer Rubin wrote, “The Supreme Court declares war on modern America.”
# One CNN contributor called for a “national uprising” and questioned whether Americans had “the stomach” to act.
# MSNBC host Tiffany Cross lumped a pro-life justice in with “terrorists.”
# Another MSNBC host, Joe Scarborough, falsely warned his viewers, “this is an illegitimate decision by an illegitimate court.”
With unhinged rhetoric like this, directly attacking the legitimacy of the court and its justices, is it any wonder acts of violence are spiking around the country?
Twice, once before the assassination attempt on Justice Kavanaugh, and once AFTER, President Joe Biden’s Press Secretaries (two of them) have failed to take the opportunity to tamp down the rhetoric.
Jen Psaki was asked about whether or not the President felt demonstrations outside of Supreme Court Justices’ homes were attempts to “interfere or intimidate?”
Clearly this was a layup of a question, an invitation to show some respect from one branch of the government to another, a call for civility...but neither Jen Psaki, nor her liberal colleagues, would call off their rabid liberal dogs.
She replied:
“So I know that there’s an outrage right now, I guess, about protests that have been peaceful to date -- and we certainly continue to encourage that -- outside of judges’ homes.”
That phrase might sound familiar, “peaceful to date”, sounds a lot like the infamous CNN broadcast filmed during riots in Kenosha, Wisconsin, which depicted burning cars with the banner “fiery but mostly peaceful protests.”
Did liberal media “news” coverage inspire this would-be assassin to kill a U.S. Supreme Court Justice? Help me stop the pro-abortion, pro-violence, leftists in the media before someone gets seriously hurt -- or worse . . .
Clearly a pattern is emerging here. The liberal media, and their allies in politics, encourage, or turn a blind eye towards, a violent response when they don’t like the way policy decisions or discussions are going.

Now back to that attempted assassination of a Supreme Court Justice at his family home!
The White House failed to take the opportunity to call for civility in response to protests outside the Supreme Court Justice’s homes, but that was before the assassination attempt of a Supreme Court Justice! Surely Biden’s White House would change their tune AFTER that attempt?
No, no they did not.
Remember, the assassination attempt happened on June 8, 2022, nearly one month to the day after Jen Psaki, Joe Biden’s Press Secretary at the time, declined to condemn protests outside of Supreme Court Justices’ homes (an act which is prohibited by federal law).
On June 13, JUST FIVE DAYS AFTER THE CONFIRMED ASSASINATION ATTEMPT OF A SUPREME COURT JUSTICE AT HIS HOME...Joe Biden’s new Press Secretary, Karine Jean-Pierre, said the Biden administration doesn’t have an opinion on whether abortion rights activists should protest at the homes of Supreme Court Justices.
“We have not weighed in on where people should or should not protest,” Jean-Pierre said at her regular press briefing.
Stunning! Absolutely stunning! Biden’s White House wouldn’t draw a line in the sand after an attempt on a Supreme Court Justice’s life!
And here is where I and my organization come in. As I just wrote, Biden recently got a new Press Secretary. But why? What happened to the old one?

Samantha Bee, the host of TBS’ Full Frontal, proclaimed: “And we have to raise hell in our cities, in Washington, in every restaurant Justice [Samuel] Alito eats at for the rest of his life, because if Republicans have made our lives hell, it’s time to return the favor.”
CNN Early Start anchor Laura Jarrett looked the other way on pro-abortion violence when she said, “I think for a lot of people, a conversation about civility feels like it misses the mark...”
Former MSNBC host Keith Olbermann tweeted: “Samuel Alito, Amy Coney Barrett, Neil Gorsuch, Brett Kavanaugh, John Roberts, and Clarence Thomas are domestic terrorists and should be approached and prosecuted as such.”
Now, I ask you...who are the REAL terrorists?
