Whereas, Big Tech companies, like Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, Google, Apple, and Amazon, profess to be “neutral” platforms, but they routinely censor and suppress conservative accounts and conservative ideas on their platforms, and; nd

Whereas, Free Speech America has documented more than 1,200 examples of Big Tech censorship, more than a dozen examples of online “fact-checkers” expressing a clear liberal bias, and released a ground-breaking report proving Big Tech is waging war against conservatives, and;

Whereas, Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act renders Big Tech companies immune from legal challenges when they allow false, manipulative, and harmful content to propagate on their platforms, and;

Whereas, you, as my representatives in the United States Senate have a duty to act to protect the free speech rights of your constituents,

THEREFORE, I demand you take immediate action to strip away Big Tech companies' undeserved legal immunities under Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act, so they can be held accountable.

Whereas, Big Tech companies have used their immense power not only to stifle competitors but to censor Americans’ free speech, interfere in our elections, and suppress Americans from sharing the truth about global emergencies such as the COVID-19 pandemic, and;

Whereas, you, as my representatives in the United States Senate have a duty to act to protect the free speech rights of your constituents,

THEREFORE, I demand you take immediate anti-trust action to break up Big Tech’s powerful, uncompetitive monopolies that are being politicized and weaponized against Americans.
